Nicholas is a leading transactional lawyer with more than 35 years of experience and a track record advising multi-national corporations, private equity firms, and investment banks on cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. He currently serves as a Managing Director and Senior Legal Adviser at GLP Capital Partners.

Previously, he was a Partner at leading international law firms, Kirkland & Ellis, Skadden and Simmons & Simmons. He has extensive regulatory experience, including serving as a member of the Hong Kong Takeovers and Mergers Panel since 2004, and, more recently, as a member of the Listing Review Committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Warwick University.
